Oblivion Xbox 360 Downloads

If you are looking for a complete entertainment system, then the Xbox 360 by Microsoft is what you are looking for. Combining the features of an off-line and on-line gaming console and multimedia player all rolled into one sleek package, pound for pound is more than a match for its rivals in the electronic gaming industry. And because it allows you to go online, you don't need to be a lonely gamer thanks to Xbox Live (broadband access and special subscription required) that allows you to pit your skills against other players even when you are home alone.

The games look as good as the console itself. All the games for this model of the Xbox are high-definition, so you can be sure that you are getting as close to real-life graphic renditions as you possibly can, for now. Just because it is so advanced, however, does not mean that you will need to throw away many of your old favorite Xbox games because it is backward compatible (i.e., you can still play many of your old games on it).

It comes with a user-friendly dashboard interface that allows you to go through (or straight) to the options that you want by using the controller or the remote control. Its digital multimedia capabilities allow you to play your favorite movies and music and view your pictures and personal videos. You can literally throw away all your other media players and just have the Xbox 360 to provide you all the entertainment you need.

Tired of the software you have available for your Xbox 360? Want to try something new? With the system, you do not have to even leave your house to buy the latest games and videos! All you have to have is a broadband connection, and your credit card. Thanks to the online functionalities of the Xbox 360 and its expandable HD multi-gigabyte memory, you just have to connect to the online Marketplace to purchase downloads of mini-games, movies, and even TV shows! There are even downloads of demo versions of new or popular "must-have" games that you can try out first before buying the full version!

Among the downloads that you do not want to miss is Oblivion, the fourth installment of the long-running role-playing game saga called The Elder Scrolls, which was launched in 2002. Developed by Bestheda Softworks, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion's storyline actually has no real connection with the past installments. Rather, each of the four chapters (so far) evolves towards a separate aspect of the world's mythology. Oblivion starts with the killing of the Emperor of a place called Cryodiil by an unknown assassin, and the characters are sent out to discover who had committed this dastardly deed. In the meantime, the gates of Oblivion (which has parallelisms with Hell) have been opened and its denizens are hell-bent in invading Cryodiil. From there...well, only the players can decide.
